Beautiful image and words. I know there are people who live where there are no mountains, but I never have and can't begin to imagine it. I'm looking out on the beautiful mountain range that surrounds me right now and feeling safe in the palm of its hand.

Jayne- There are some smaller mountains within an hour's drive, but this picture was taken near Charlottesville, VA. I took a lot of pictures, so I'm sure you'll be seeing more mountains here.
