What you do today can improve all your tomorrows. - Ralph Marston
The things you do each day impact each of the following days. For example, working out or even walking with a friend or strolling alone with your thoughts, can change how you feel tomorrow. Making good choices today, whether it's exercise, the food you eat or what you allow into your thoughts, put you in a better place for the days ahead.
What are you doing today to prepare for a better tomorrow?

Hi Linda - so so true ... my intentions are good - sometimes I lapse. Still today back on track ... wonderful photo .. cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteHi Hilary! Each day is another opportunity to reroute yourself.
DeleteI do exercise everyday so let's hope that is true. I think your comment about making GOOD choices is an important point. The bad choices people make today will also impact their future.
ReplyDeleteCheryl, you are correct. The reverse is true as well. All the more reason to make the good (sometimes difficult) choices.
ReplyDeleteGood food for thought, Linda. I try to be mindful.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
