Nature's Way

I go to nature to be soothed and healed,
and to have my senses put in order. - John Burroughs

Nature affords us the simple pleasures that relax and soothe us, and make all right with our world again. Whether we gaze out over the ocean, hike a wooded trail or while away shady hours beneath an old oak tree, nature brings us back in touch with ourselves.

  1. Hi Linda - don't they look good - just perfect. A true late summer photo. If you were here ... they'd soaked and probably up the coast at Dover ... it has bucketed and swept all before it - trees will be down I suspect ...but I'd love to be around that view .. cheers Hilary

    1. Hey Hilary, thanks for visiting. It is harvest time, but anytime is a good time to visit a vineyard. Alas, that picture was from a couple years ago.

  2. It's only mid morning here but your lovely photo has got me thinking about having wine with dinner tonight. ;)

    1. It was a pretty setting, and wine is always a welcome addition to dinner. Cheers!
