Quote of the Week

You can't cross the sea merely by standing
and staring at the water.  ― Rabindranath Tagore

Not only can you not cross the sea by staring at the water, you can't accomplish anything by being a bystander in your own life.  From something as simple as an overstuffed closet or messy garage, to a major endeavor, you can't accomplish something you never begin.

Like I'm fond of saying "those dishes aren't going to wash themselves".  There's no time like the present, so let's dig in and get our feet wet and our hands dirty and see what we can accomplish.

  2. Hi Linda .. always the time to get on and do things ... sometimes things pop up and we get left behind .. I'm that way now - but I'll catch up ... just would rather not go swimming to get things done! Cheers HIlary

  3. Appropriate...My day hasn't been the most productive, but I'm determined to pull it around, even as the sun begins to set. That is a nice photo. It makes me sigh for the sound of water, especially on the coast. Stay warm and do something really GOOD for yourself:~)

    1. Sara, we all have days like that, but like you said, we tend to pull something out of it eventually. I'm doing all right.
