Quote of the Week

Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go. You are not where you want to be, but neither are you where you used to be
- Rick Warren

Life is a series of journeys, and on every journey there are three points; the starting point (A), the mid point (B) and the arrival (C).

While you can't get from point A to point C without going through point B, everything you experience between A and B will lay the groundwork for as you continue your journey to C.

  1. Completely true. It's the journey that is the learning curve.

Congratulations on winning the WWFC T-shirt!

  2. Thanks Babs! Even though it can be frustrating at times, it is fun and a good exercise in writing.

I'm still on my journey, probably somewhere around B.

  3. I always forget to look back and be proud at the things I HAVE done... I worry so much about where I want to be that I'm not... I don't give myself credit for all the hard work I did to get right here.

  4. You do such a great job with the quotes. I loved this, " everything you experience between A and B will lay the groundwork for as you continue your journey to C."

It's a nice reminder to not keep staring at "C" in the distance and pay attention to the path in front of me.

So, I hope all is well on the home front. I'll be visiting the stories I've missed.

TRY TO STAY WARM. I saw bad weather coming your way. Will this winter ever leave?
