Just for the record, though, you don't need to mess up eggs in order to make something like this. In fact, it made think about new uses for boiled eggs. There may be more experiments in the future.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09349143005152545854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805562596725665277.post-66792762736127759042010-05-17T11:28:36.236-04:002010-05-17T11:28:36.236-04:00looks like that was the best egg-accident EVER!looks like that was the best egg-accident EVER!litanyofbritthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15680156235556309762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805562596725665277.post-23368889858099716982010-05-15T20:11:12.124-04:002010-05-15T20:11:12.124-04:00Hi Rachele,

Tossing them never occurred to me, though, I was just disappointed not be able to use them in my potato salad. That's the way my Mom always made it. What's funnier is that I never ate potato salad until after I was grown.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09349143005152545854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805562596725665277.post-34972499553544091512010-05-15T15:53:08.793-04:002010-05-15T15:53:08.793-04:00I'd of tossed them. The dish is something only I would enjoy. Hubster doesn't do onions nor does my little one and my son doesn't do eggs. I'm so making myself a treat the next time I screw up eggs.Rachelehttp://wineatfive.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805562596725665277.post-77991888212465176292010-05-15T09:30:54.537-04:002010-05-15T09:30:54.537-04:00Katherine- It was pretty good, and no eggs were bo...Katherine- It was pretty good, and no eggs were boiled in vain.

Jen- Yeah, I don't stand guard, but I try not to let them keep boiling either. Usually not for vacuuming but for Tribal Blogs. That dish looks great, easy and really tasty. It's breakfast time, I think I might have to mess up some boiled eggs.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08551314950473231190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805562596725665277.post-11382600109446704382010-05-15T00:56:47.506-04:002010-05-15T00:56:47.506-04:00Wow that sounds amazing!!! I was just glad not to waste the eggs, and the outcome was good.

I love fried potatoes too. Actually, I love any kind of potatoes, fried, baked, mashed, french fries, they're all good. I like that stuffing idea, too.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09349143005152545854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805562596725665277.post-40006093149667189012010-05-14T19:05:15.535-04:002010-05-14T19:05:15.535-04:00Uh oh. I always fry Thanksgiving stuffing in the days after with some butter (well, a LOT of butter). Everything gets all nice and crispy.

Now I'm starving!Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12168816435565273787noreply@blogger.com
