Hi Linda - definitely not just another day - enjoy the birthday time with Hubby - I'd lift a glass ... But I seem to have stopped the grape stuff pro-hip-tem !?! I missed Shrove Tuesday too ... Happy times - and thanks for the support re the new hip - cheers Hilary
Thanks Hilary, Sorry to hear you are on the grape wagon. Hopefully soon you can toast again. We will be celebrating soon.
I enjoy celebrating anything, but especially Birthdays. My husband's birthday is on Feb. 17th. We've been celebrating all week!
February was a good month, not only do we have his birthday, and mine, but several friends as well, one on Feb. 17 also.
Happy Birthday to Jim!!! You'd better celebrate. I'm a great believer in celebrating each and every birthday!
Thanks Sara, I'll pass along the birthday wishes to Jim. He is working at Ft. Drum in NY now, but we will be celebrating both our birthdays when he gets back.
Belated Happy Birthday to your hubby. I missed his actual day but dang I also missed Drink Wine Day. Please tell me it's not too late to celebrate!
It's never too late to celebrate...so pour yourself a glass and enjoy. Cheers!
Oh wow! I hope he isn't Catholic... what a bummer it would be to have a birthday the day AFTER Fat Tuesday... the first day of Lent! ha ha!I missed the wine day... I had no idea - darn! Is there a vodka day? Because I will prepare early for that!
Nope, we're Presbyterian. Unfortunately he's working out of town so he missed it all. We'll celebrate when he gets back. Sorry you missed the wine day...don't know about vodka. I haven't had vodka in years, but we do have a bottle in the freezer.
