Quote of the Week

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.  - Albert Einstein

Our lives are made up of three parts, the past, the present and the future.  We look back at the past to see where we made mistakes and learn from them.  The present is today and we live it well and fully, paving the way for our future.  Asking questions and seeking out the answers is part of this process and keeps us fresh and vital.  Live, love, learn and keep growing.

  1. Sometimes the questioning invades the enjoyment of today. Einstein should of left that second sentence off. Of course, that is coming from a person that over thinks everything.

  2. Cheryl, I agree with you about that last sentence, and had to think about how that applied to the rest of the quote.

  3. Firstly, that's one cool picture of a checkers set? At least I think what it is.

I think questioning is important at all phases. I liked what you said about this. It keeps us "fresh and vital."

    Happy day to you:~)

  4. It's all about balance...sometimes we're more in one place mentally than another. But it's true we need to be living in the present and not wasting it.
