Quote of the Week

Indecision becomes decision with time.  - Author Unknown

For example, have you ever waffled around trying to decide whether to do something or not only to discover that, for whatever reason, it is too late?  By waiting until you could decide, the decision was made for you.

  4. Linda,

I'd be afraid to count how many times I've waffled and missed a chance. As I've gotten older, I have been more willing to go for it, but this "action" doesn't always guarantee success:~)

Have a good day and week, if I don't back here. I've not been a very good blogger friend lately. I'm always behind on my visits. But I plan to improve on this!!!

  5. I must admit, this doesn't happen to me often, but it does happen - it's usually when it's a really huge decision, like when I was house-hunting. I saw one house I liked but decided I needed to think about whether or not it was really the one for me... so while I thought, somebody else bought it :-)

  6. Meleah- I think it happens to all of us from time to time.

    Hilary- Yes, it does!

Babs- That's when we rationalize our actions, or lack of.

Sara- I've missed out on a few opportunities this way. Good to see you. I've been a bit slow in making the rounds, too.

Nicky- I understand...I missed out on a few things by doing just that.

  7. A very thoughtful quote indeed. Sometimes I certainly have a hard time deciding on things, so I can definitly relate here.

Love the kitty photo by the way. :p

    Thank you for sharing Linda.
